      Coworkers are typically smart, low ego, and collaborative, not any kind of cut throat top of the leaderboard mentalities

      Cons

      Clarity on the product spec isn't always there. Requirements frequently change mid development after design has been settled

      - Good work life balance - Good compensation compared with market rate - Good learnings

      Cons

      - Benefits got decreased - it's a startup so not that good benefits like MNCs - Increment in India site was very less
