Pros

- Native and modern code bases using iOS (Swift 5) and Android (Kotlin) - Well funded and backed by big, reputable Silicon Valley VC's - Awesome culture, everyone is genuinely excited about the mission of the company which is helping real people with real financial issues everyday - Lot's of opportunity for developers at all levels, from junior to leads to come in work on cool things and take ownership of what they work on - Very flexible on work/life balance, most flexible I've seen in the industry personally - Modern management outlook with emphasis on personal leadership concepts

Cons

- in hyper growth mode, going from the smaller startup to a late stage startup that is growing rapidly this year. Not sure if that is a con, but it means everything is fast moving and the usual organization scaling issues are in play ... a good problem to have
