      Majority of responsibilities directly impact the end-user. Flexible work hours, including unlimited PTO and freedom to WFH. Frequent and regular company meetings to ensure everyone is well-informed. All opinions are valued and considered.

      Pros

      Everyone is super motivated to do good in the world and that is the environment I want to surround myself with. The work you do as an individual contributor is acknowledged by the company. We are encouraged to work autonomously. There is a good amount of transparency in the company.

      Wish there was an SF office.
