The best company I have worked for
Pros
Earnin has a great mission and I get to work with talented people who share that mission. Coming from larger companies in the Cincinnati area, working here has been a breath of fresh air. The pace is quicker, I'm learning every day, and the culture is more relaxed and flexible. Compensation and benefits have come a long way since I first started working four years ago. It would be hard to find another company in the areas surrounding Cincinnati that compete in those regards.
Cons
As the company grows I have seen more office politics come into play. However, I believe the benefits of growth far outweigh the cons at this point (better compensation, better benefits, more positions to advance your career, etc.). There is no match to the 401k. Depending on where you are commuting from the office location (Loveland) might not be the greatest.
