Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're really glad to hear you’ve found a good rhythm with your workload and that your colleagues and clients make the work enjoyable. That said, we’re sorry to hear that your onboarding experience and access to systems have been frustrating, that’s not what we aim for. Your feedback on training, role clarity, and IT support is being shared with the right teams, and currently we have a project team collaborating and implementing initiatives to enhance the experience and IT process for new team members in hopes that others do not face the same challenges.
