      Running too lean for a healthy work environment

      Leadership is too lean - most working crazy hours including weekends just to keep head above water Too much turnover - leaders and individual contributors New leaders are disrespectful and dismissive to tenured employees leading to challenging engagements Toxic environment where finger pointing and blame are rampant
