      Work alongside hard-working, capable individuals Pay was around market value

      Cons

      Management is extremely pushy and expects priorities to be shifted almost daily. Antiquated systems and practices make life as a staff level employee unnecessarily difficult. Hours and expectations are not realistic for anyone with obligations outside of work. You will constantly be working 50+ hours per week with little to no appreciation.

      Element Fleet is growing. Just acquired GE's fleet business. After years of neglect, there is a renewed interest in bringing the IT Infrastructure up-to-date. They are investing millions in upgrading equipment.

      Cons

      IT staff is reeling from pressures of culture change and loss of corporate knowledge. Turnover is complicating the effort to implement modernization.
