Pros
I could have given some pros a year ago, but none to speak of now other than I do like the people I work with. They are the only thing that makes this place tolerable.
Cons
We are moving to new office space in a couple weeks because among other things, they needed to "right-size" our office space. Yet they have packed desks in like a call center and have admitted that there won't be enough desks for every employee. We're required to be there Tuesday-Thursday but have reserve a desk through a reservation system and you are sol if the space around your team is full. How am I supposed to collaborate with my team when I might be sitting across the building without a desk. The new CEO has put her stamp on the company and it resembles a giant CAUTION DO NOT ENTER sign.
