- People are really nice. It's a pretty collaborative and friendly culture. - Work-life balance is good and respect for personal time and vacations is strong. - Increasingly, many employees work remotely and the culture is very supportive of that. - If you like working with clients as long-term partners, it's great. You really get to know your clients and their needs.

Cons

- Like many places, the benefits aren't as good as they used to be. - Our ownership makes me a little nervous. I fear we are ripe for another flip and cash out by a private equity firm. - No stock ownership plan or stock options for rank-and-file employees.

Pros

Great office, location, equipment, friendly staff, lots of growth. Bank holidays. The negative reviews all seem to be people who were let go or disappointed with the changes implemented to actually make Element profitable and forward thinking. This should not discourage anyone from giving them a chance! It’s an exciting time to join the company, in my opinion. Nice mix of a traditional account management role with an increasingly technology based offering.

Cons

Due to growth and change, you might find yourself in uncharted waters. For the weak minded this is an impairment, for others it is a worthy challenge.
