      People are great and company culture is amazing. Flexible work from home.

      Pros

      Element is a fine company - as an outsider described it. Overall, the company tries to offer a first product for clients and works hard to achieve it. Employees are generally treated well. The bonus program is solid. Generally, very good to working parents.

      Cons

      The lack of equity opportunities (stock) is frustrating given the demands put on employees. There is a limit to the do more with less mantra.
