      Pros

      Decent Pay and benefits. Soon to be new and cutting-edge facility in MD. A friendly and mostly synergistic staff. Middle and upper management do a wonderful job hiring people who are approachable and work well together.

      Cons

      Highly escalative culture. If you don't get what you want on your terms and timeframe, just complain and a manager will appoint someone to accommodate you.
