Pros

I began my career at Element as a marketing intern and I am now a full-time employee on the marketing team. Element provides a healthy work/life balance, supports professional growth and development, and promotes diversity. As Element grows and evolves, my team and I are presented with unique opportunities and an abundance of new projects. Element continues to be an exciting and promising place to work!

Cons

Integration can seem daunting at times, but it is a critical step in keeping our company aligned and creating the best of the best.

Pros

High growth company in a historically dormant industry. Exciting place to be when the automotive sector is changing rapidly. Success of acquired companies was build on customer service and with the dominant industry presence and upcoming tech investments this will be the company to work for. Fleet leadership cares about the success and development of their people while corporate leaders have initiated a culture that is compensated for performance. Great facilities with workout facilities, cafeteria's etc, awesome initiatives emerging to ensure diversity, recognition and rewards.

Cons

Change has been difficult for those not looking to improve on previous years performance. Integration of merged and acquired companies requires increased effort but is quickly showing who will be successful and a part of this growing company in the future.

Pros

One of the more interesting spends to manage

Cons

Senior Management is focused only on the Finance and Sales side of the house, their Operations processes are in absolute disarray. The leaders have no experience in operations nor basic concepts; this creates gaps in vision, objectives and goals. The results are individual silos trying to figure things out.
