      Pros

      Family first atmosphere is great. Middle management is good at understanding personal needs

      Cons

      Pay is awful. End of year review means nothing because they only have so many “5’s” they can hand out even if there are more people deserving of it. Want a raise? Don’t even bother asking. Only way is to take a promotion and get low balled. No negotiating either. It’s take it or leave it. Our competitors pay more for less work and word is getting around

      Pros

      I could have given some pros a year ago, but none to speak of now other than I do like the people I work with. They are the only thing that makes this place tolerable.

      Cons

      We are moving to new office space in a couple weeks because among other things, they needed to "right-size" our office space. Yet they have packed desks in like a call center and have admitted that there won't be enough desks for every employee. We're required to be there Tuesday-Thursday but have reserve a desk through a reservation system and you are sol if the space around your team is full. How am I supposed to collaborate with my team when I might be sitting across the building without a desk. The new CEO has put her stamp on the company and it resembles a giant CAUTION DO NOT ENTER sign.

      Pros

      Benefits are reasonable and some lower management really do care for the employees and are on employees side

      Cons

      With multiple surveys going out about employee engagement nothing has changed and are now forced to be in office 3 days a week and now have no choice to work remote if we are sick or need to be home with kids, etc. since a new CEO has taken over the company has gone down hill and no one listens to what the employees want. Making some people be fully remote and some are mandated to be in office is crazy. It should be an optional thing for people to show work life balance. We are living after a pandemic things are not the same as they were before
