Element is a fine company - as an outsider described it. Overall, the company tries to offer a first product for clients and works hard to achieve it. Employees are generally treated well. The bonus program is solid. Generally, very good to working parents.

Cons

The lack of equity opportunities (stock) is frustrating given the demands put on employees. There is a limit to the do more with less mantra.

Remote work, ok benefits for PTO. Jay Forbes is finally stepping aside!!! Hopefully our new CEO will change things up putting clients first rather than investors wallets

Cons

Health insurance plans are very high dollar and high deductible, your just a number, metrics on which performance is evaluated is based off incomplete or inaccurate data due to limitations in the maintenance platforms reporting capabilities. Even though Maintenance brings in over 60% of the companies revenue Maintenance department workers are not given the same profit sharing as other departments who are more management than anything else. Typical corporation building investor wealth off the backs of the hardest workers
