The office location in Sparks was nice and had an in-house cafeteria with prepared foods, grill and salad bar (pre-covid). They are focused on providing the best customer experience with the tools and systems they have.

Cons

Their main computer system is extremely old and antiquated. Many IT issues working from home during Covid that were unable to fix. Many in the company experienced these issues so it was widespread. Continual transformation and staff reduction leaving remaining staff to complete all the work with less resources.
