      Be prepared to spend 50% of your time telling the business what you are doing in multiple formats instead of actually doing the work for which you were hired to do. You will spend more time fixing operational issues such as billing, vehicle maintenance issues, roadside assistance, and solving re-registration issues because our business systems are not nearly as good as competitors and have multiple defects.
