      - People are really nice. It's a pretty collaborative and friendly culture. - Work-life balance is good and respect for personal time and vacations is strong. - Increasingly, many employees work remotely and the culture is very supportive of that. - If you like working with clients as long-term partners, it's great. You really get to know your clients and their needs.

      Cons

      - Like many places, the benefits aren't as good as they used to be. - Our ownership makes me a little nervous. I fear we are ripe for another flip and cash out by a private equity firm. - No stock ownership plan or stock options for rank-and-file employees.
