      Dedicated employees in servicing of clients. CEO is a true leader as well as EVP Sales. New mobility direction is exciting future.

      Cons

      Overwork and underpaid employees doing the day to day. Forcing clients to use online tools for servicing. Management needs to do a better job listening to what clients and employees need. New products take too long to materialize. US leader of new Sales is just a talking head, has no clue and never has.
