The people I work with on a day to day basis are great. Professional, friendly and most are happy to step up and help when asked. Room for advancement Beautiful work location in the suburbs of Baltimore, lovely commute. Flexible schedules and work from home capability Autonomy and empowerment Competitive benefits (Believe me, I've checked around. We might complain at times, but compared to most other similar sized companies, we're doing at least as well) Exciting work, always something new to conquer and learn

Cons

There's been a pervasive feeling for a few years now that those at the top just don't care about anything but the bottom line and employees were at the bottom of the list of priorities. But that seems to be turning a corner, illustrated most recently by the generous bonus payout and amazing new policy of PTO for the week between Christmas and New Years. A bit of confusion as things are restructured, new relationships must be built to replace the old. A deficiency of Subject Matter Experts in some areas of the business.
