      Great people and environment. Management is nice and like to have events to uplift spirits. Nice location.

      Cons

      Upper management has little concern for employees. Pay in horrible and bonus/raise process are ridiculous.

      Pros

      Our parent company just announced that the fleet management business is becoming a stand alone, publicly traded company. This is very exciting. While it represents more change, it is the right kind of change. We have a chance to truly make something great for our customers and shareholders.

      Cons

      No real cons - we have to execute and stay focused on customers and realize the potential we have. Our technology investment is powerful and exciting.
