      Free pizza and some co-workers have become great friends.

      Cons

      Everything else...culture went from good to awful within a year. People are overworked, severely underpaid and STRESSED OUT. Element and CEI sees this, mentions this, yet does nothing about it. Employees are close to simply tapping out at this place.
