      Pros

      I was part of the onsite workforce and rarely interacted with the Virginia office. There were very low expectations and rarely a rush on a project. Work could be done at a reasonable pace and never had a late night. Movement in the company is very possible provided you are open to travel.

      Cons

      The most important directive was paperwork and unrelated to actual production or strategy. We worked with the school but the motivations of both never seemed to gel. The priorities were not clear nor was there motivation to put any amount of process in place.
