      Pros

      Serving clients is the best reward. Ability to work independently either onsite or remotely. The base compensation is fair when hiring.

      Cons

      Very top heavy and beaurocratic. Professionals are not treated with respect. Front line service providers are not given tools to succeed. Bonus plan is not based on controllable criteria. Front line management and functional silos Discourage innovation and creativity .

      Pros

      Enjoyed the work. Worked remotely. Fair Pay. Ok Benefits.

      Cons

      A company in turmoil. In seven years there were at least 5 corporate restructurings followed by 5 reductions in force. One of which was a corporate merger with DataTel to become Ellucian. Don't count on Bonus as being part of your salary or benefits.

      Pros

      Good pay, unlimited coffee, tea, soda

      Cons

      Company is very Cut Throat. Only hires Contractors-no job security. Problematic old equipment that new hires are expected to fix in training. Training is a game of chess for the instructor. Ask no questions as this ensures you a pink slip.
