      Pros

      It is a great place to work, good working environment, great flexibility as you can do remote work, benefits beyond the average in Mexico. Smart people.

      Cons

      The salaries could be better, but the benefits compensate this.

      Pros

      Most employees are incredibly talented, helpful, and dedicated to the company's mission of driving student success. The vision of the company is noble and you feel like you are making a difference by being there.

      Cons

      The company is struggling financially and spends an unbalanced amount of time on cost containment vs. growth. I believe Ellucian is in survival mode and as a result is making decisions to solve short term problems that will harm the company in the long run.
