      Great market share and customer base.

      Cons

      Trying to turn around a ship and become a fully fledged SaaS company is not without some bumps in the road and pain of change.

      Pros

      Ellucian is a great place to work. You will get the flexibility and Empowerment. The culture is the plus point.

      Cons

      The company is going through the technology shift, so there are frequent changes at the higher levels and on priorities, which impact the teams in some way.
