Decent pay, remote work, opportunity to learn many different Ellucian applications.

Cons

Very little training, thrown into the fire to learn on your own. So you have to be a motivated self-learner. Frequent and repeated layoffs as they move work to India and Mexico. No loyalty to senior staff.
