      Most roles allow for flexibility, and you work with wonderful people. The company has been very people-focused with a progressive lean, which aligns with my values and reflects the world I want to be in.

      Cons

      AI is taking over very quickly, with heavy emphasis on acceleration and growth and very high pressure to meet ambitious goals. It can be stressful and is concerning about the future for some roles.

      Work from home is the only good thing about this company

      You'll be stuck after few years. No growth. Lot of attrition but no hirings or refills in all teams. Workload is increasing day be day. You'll be forced to work on tasks that are not aligned with your role.
