There's sufficient training and support available for the domains that need to be covered, based on operational needs. The selected mentors are always willing to assist with any complex cases, and there are numerous support channels available for collaboration with other teams. The compensation package is very adequate, probably one of the best in the industry. The off-boarding experience was very positive. Your contributions are highlighted, and there's a sentiment of belonging and goodwill.

Cons

There were some instances in which our team was held to stricter standards of support when compared to other departments, even though we shared the same guidelines and KPIs.
