      I’ve enjoyed m tenure at Ellucian. Employees truly rally around the Mission, the people’ are wonderfully, you have the oppt to work globally and I had the boss

      Cons

      Improve cross functional teamwork between departments and work on making and sticking with a decision. It will help employees to gain some footing on their efforts.

      Pros

      For technical people, lots of technical problems to solve, including fundamental ones impacting client data security. For players, a great field to play in with little accountability, until the clock runs out.

      Cons

      Leadership is not in anyone’s vocabulary here, so don’t be disappointed when you don’t find it. Management more focused on intramural internecine battles than the clients. Over-staffed with directors and vice presidents with approaching zero knowledge of cloud and modern toolsets. The team I was a part of, Operations, had no road map for nearly two years other than get the job done now!
