Pros
The people I worked with were exemplary professionals - supportive, knowledgeable, and dedicated. They put the customers first and tried to keep quality high amid shifting priorities, management changes, and lack of resources.
Cons
Regular layoffs occur where valuable people are let go and the product and industry experience that walks out the door cannot be replaced. The remaining employees must take on the extra work which results in a non-existent work / life balance. Morale is low and the atmosphere is negative.
