      -Reasonable salary based on experience in the area. -Ability to work independently. -Friendly people in the office.

      Cons

      -Lack of opportunity to work remotely. -Depending on the team, one may not have immediate access to people you need to collaborate with to get the job done.

      1. Technology is very old technology they have, they still use cobol and proc and oracle forms. not a stable technologies used for their products.. 2. Mgmt. has no clear idea or direction. changes every day 3. No work-life balance. 24x7x365 4.

      Pros

      Good pay. You can Work remote. Most people other than the current cloud directors are good people.

      Cons

      Job security sucks The IT cloud directors make horrible decisions. The lay off the senior engineers to replace with lower admins. Its to bad. I had high hopes for this place. I just dont see it having good job stability with the current leaders.
