      Pros

      Great company. Forward thinking. Very satisfying working in higher education. Co workers are wonderful. Benefits are good (but not great). The work is challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Promotions are very rare and difficult to come by. Raises are small. If you join, be prepared to stay in the same position. Rather than being promoted, you will just be required to take on more work. They do not promote from within.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the day to day challenges the job offered. work environment overall was great and the teams work tirelessly to help each other out when asked to meet the aggressive deadlines. Products are rolling out quicker than ever and they are making some real progress on the cloud initiatives.

      Cons

      Project deadlines are a bit unbearable but the teams make up for it with the dedication, teamwork and can-do attitudes.
