Pros

I worked in managed services. The site I worked at and the team I worked with were amazing. I have yet to find a more well run team in the two jobs I've had since. Work\Life balance as a salary employee was also very good. Normal office hours, with a decent vacation allotment.

Cons

The pay was not competitive at all. Much lower than industry or area standards would dictate. Because of this, they had trouble maintaining talent.

Working with ellucian is good experience. We can get exposure on product and app functionality and other technologies like weblogic etc. Its a good place to learn more things.

Cons

Being DBA would like to work more in Database part but here it is less .
