Overworked, no company strategy, unreasonable expectations, no training, no managerial support, no empowerment, no appreciation, no respect, no courtesy, feedback ignored, lack of leadership, profits mean more than anything and people are neglected and abused, no work/life balance, 50+ hour work weeks, expenses constantly scrutinized, no support or documentation, no standards or best practices, no knowledgeable resources for our products.

It's a big company so hard to make a splash outside your own circle, but the benefit is that you are expected to be self motivated and driven (without being micromanaged)
