      Pros

      Paid training, great benefits if hired on full time, 24 hour environment works great for anyone with any type of schedule

      Cons

      Contract to hire to start, no full-time status guarantee. Incosistency in workload between employees of the same level. Fully trained technicians get paid the same as people who just started.

      Pros

      I was really impressed with how Ellucian handled Covid-19 by reacting quickly and keeping employee safety as the #1 priority. Ellucian has done a great job in bringing on new leaders that are committed to our customers. Ellucian wants to hire leaders that are strategic doers which gives individual contributors an amazing opportunity to learn from their managers. Ellucian has provided me the opportunity to grow by giving me challenging work that is very rewarding. I've stepped out of my comfort zone countless times and I will forever be grateful for having a Manager that pushes me to do so. I love working here and I plan to stay for years to come!

      Cons

      No equity for individual contributors but that's ok. They pay well and offer awesome benefits.
