      I am newly hired. The entire recruiting and on-boarding process was very pleasant and smooth with effective HR and its software system. My first week was a bit overwhelming - back to back orientations, system setup and training yet self manageable. My team is spread out across the nation yet we connect instantly through advanced communication tools, What I also impressed about is company's online university where I get training and keep learning while working. Here is my first impression of the company - Showing signs of healthy growth Cutting-edge technologies in the academic communities Value talents Abundant learning opportunities Flexible hours

      Good place to work with a lot of great people. Great market. Work with customers. Great user events. Wide variety of products for every customer need.

      Cons

      Lack of resources, making for long implementation timelines. Management that flies under the radar adding little to no value.
