      A good company to work for. Have to work hard to get somewhere, but I guess it's for every company.

      There is really nothing. If you work hard,you will get where you want to be.

      They have 30 year old technology and are slowly imploding so should not be around much longer. Employees are wanting to leave but are afraid because they do not want to deal with the hassles of a law suit

      Cons

      Top heavy org structure, old technology, management only knows how to keep people on staff by threatening them with a law suit if they are to leave and work for another software company
