      Management is weak. Constant reorganization. Product architecture is very old; they are trying to resolve but are really having a difficult time.

      new CEO is really pushing innovation overall strategy is great company is leader in its field with major growth opportunities people are very nice and latest management additions are top notch old negative reviews are just because of the merger history

      Cons

      too many products makes it difficult to do any of them really well company culture kind of week, needs improving office space is old and not modern, would also be better to be located closer to DC proper
