      I can work remotely. Hours are flexible. Architecutre work in progress and move to AWS.

      Ability to work independently but know that I have a good resource team behind me.

      Cons

      Travel is much more than advertised. They do not treat their traveling employees, their greatest resource, very well. They are not concerned with anything other than the bottom line.
