      Pros

      Serving clients is the best reward. Ability to work independently either onsite or remotely. The base compensation is fair when hiring.

      Cons

      Very top heavy and beaurocratic. Professionals are not treated with respect. Front line service providers are not given tools to succeed. Bonus plan is not based on controllable criteria. Front line management and functional silos Discourage innovation and creativity .

      Absolute disregard and lack of respect for long term employees post 2012 merger. ALL about bottom-line.

      Pros

      A lot of really good, smart, dedicated employees. Very open to remote in most departments. Good salaries overall even though benefits significantly deteriorated post merger.

      Cons

      Upper management post merger was horrific. Very low morale for extended period of time. Very little opportunity for advancement, "Brain drain" from RIFS had serious impact on customer satisfaction.
