Lots of employees dedicated to higher education space, long tenured employees (loyalty), passion for customer success across all business units

Cons

Not as transparent as I would like on status of current goals, objectives. Decisions at senior level at times aren't fully thought through (i.e., how it impacts teams, outcomes, etc.)

Pros

Room for growth if you are able to join the right site. Corporate pay and higher ed culture. Management can be fantastic again if you join the right site. Pay is above average for certain roles.

Cons

Very decentralized because all of the sites are remote from the central ellucian location in fairfax virginia. Lack of communication between the main company HQ and all other employees scattered throughout various sites.
