None. The whole "leadership" is worthless

Cons

If I were forced to choose between a year in prison or a year with Ellucian, I'd take 2 years in prison. I've been in professional sales for close to 20 years and have never seen the level of cronyism and outright slanderous and ridiculous behavior that managers and senior leadership display. If you want to go work for a company that will not train you properly, blatantly lies to their clients and then puts you out there to hang in the wind - hey, you've found your home. Financially they are spinning down the drain anyway so I wouldn't even bother. They won't last another year.

Pros

The company seems to genuinely try to take care of its employees, at least within Managed Services. Training and professional development seems to be a priority and those who are willing to work at it reap the benefits of that progress. I have been able to move up 3 times in 4 years.

Cons

Upper management seems to base success on unreasonable expectations. I approve of the idea of setting your goals high, but measuring success by whether you met those ridiculous goals de-values your employee's efforts and hurts morale. We're making money and seeing progress, so stop telling us we're not doing good enough.

Great friendly people/management. Great location -- plenty of places to eat around here and nice greenery around the building. Mini Gym. Part time remote option. Free coffee. Company BBQ was very well done. No punch cards. (not that I don't like working the full hours, but so you don't feel like a prisoner)

Cons

Can't really think of much; I have a vent right above my cube which makes it cold when its constantly blowing on you.
