      Recently hired and truly enjoy working with the people; love the flexibility; and the wonderful opportunities i have been presented so far. Excited about my future @ Ellucian!

      Cons

      When asked where i work, no one recognizes the name. Need to increase brand so others can have the opportunity to experience what i am experiencing.

      Pros

      Ellucian was a positive experience for me. The company was transforming outdated software and services during my brief tenure. Smart people with a vision.

      Cons

      Lots of remote employees and those accustomed to ways gone by. A lot of positive change since I left. Hard to turn off the office as a remote employee. Would still recommend.
