Pros
Love my onsite team! Everyone's positive and customer oriented. Employer and client are supportive to our efforts. Work is fun and while busy at times, good and rewarding.
Cons
It's a big company so hard to make a splash outside your own circle, but the benefit is that you are expected to be self motivated and driven (without being micromanaged)
