      You will get lot of good people to work with. Good technical people are present in US and India. You will get a chance to interact with all clients across the globe.

      Cons

      Very less onsite opportunities. Don't expect it all.

      Pros

      One of the few industries where you are able to feel good about what you do. Individuals are great, knowledgeable, and customer focused.

      Cons

      Office politics and old-boy/girl networks make it so hard/good work is not relevant to being promoted or assigned a good project. Some managers/leaders are indecisive, causing more problems.
