Pros
Positive people and a good work environment. Local managers and team. Corporate rarely interfered with local decisions. Managers were mostly hands off and relied on employees to do their work.
Cons
This company doesn't exist anymore after the merger of Datatel+SGHE. During the merger the Bain Corporation stripped out all the competent senior management and replaced them.
