They try not to pay you the hours you work, they make you work at odd times and days, no benefits, low pay, stressful, they treat their employees terribly, they terriminate you for no reason.

Good PTO policies, 401k match, decent health benefits, idea behind the mission sounds good. Office space in Reston is nice.

Cons

Management that is completely unqualified, products being sold to customers are garbage, zero corporate strategy. Employees are literally pitted against each other. Compensation is well below market.

Computer security is extremely flawed. This company handles a large amount of sensitive information and you can pretty much download anything that might have a virus, then bam security breach hits the news then bam.. all the investors take all of their money out.
