Over the last three years, our partnership with Blackstone and Vista have been accelerants to enabling so much transformation throughout the organization, which has resulted in greater impact on the products we build, the institutions we support, and our vibrant & inclusive culture, as evidenced by our engagement survey results for the last two consecutive years of more than 90% participation with 83% engagement ~ which are all times highs in both participation & engagement for our company.
