      Focus in higher education industry. More than 40 years in the industry.

      Cons

      Poor career path. It is easy that someone from outside earns a better salary than people from inside. Make sure to make a good negotiation because once you are in races are once a year.

      1) Good work life balance. 2) Opportunity to work in new technology. 3) Management are pushing to learn new technology and every year 50000 is alloted for this per employee.

      1) So much internal politics. 2) Some people are not working at all but they got promotion and hike because they are right side of internal politics.
