      Pros

      Ability to work independently but know that I have a good resource team behind me.

      Cons

      Travel is much more than advertised. They do not treat their traveling employees, their greatest resource, very well. They are not concerned with anything other than the bottom line.

      Good products and so so pay for the hours.

      Cons

      I went from working at a college to Ellucian. I was impressed with the company that was Datatel. I have sense learned that the family atmosphere as become nothing more than another corporation. It only looks at the revenue. There is nothing special about it. The leadership is gone. The innovation is gone. The passion itself is gone. It now only boils down to sales....and it shows.
